Opening cigar shop in Florida

I’m planning on opening a cigar shop in the state of Florida in Palm Beach and Monroe County, not a cigarret retail shop but a shop to sell cigars and cigar accesories. What license type or permits do I need besides the occupancy lic? Thank you in advance for your assistance .

To sell Cigars at retail in Florida you will need to apply for a Retail Tobacco Products Dealer Permit. You will also need to register for State Business Tax. There may also be additional licenses and tax responsibilities at the local level.
