Can a trust be a member of an LLC and can another member be added to the LLC at a later time?

As far as I know, trust can be member of an LLC, since it’s considered “legal person” under the law of all states.
The ownership of an LLC is defined in Operating Agreement, so members can be added at a later time by amending the Operating Agreement of the LLC to reflect the change.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
