Renewing PA LLC

In PA do I need to renew my LLC every year?

Melin,

If you own a regular PA LLC then there is no annual renewal or fees. If you own Professional LLC (PLLC) then the annual renewal fee is $460 times the number of persons who were members of the company (as of today).
