Can I use an LLC and register my vehicles? How do I register vehicles this way?
Dear Steve,
You could register your vehicle to be owned by your LLC. You can learn the technical details by contacting your local DMV office.
Many asset protection specialists recommend to for a New Mexico LLC as the entity of choice to own personal vehicles. This is due to the fact that NM LLC is a very much anonymous entity (the state does not request names of members), and because there is no annual report filing at all, so your entity would never be administratively dissolved, because you forgot to file something.
With that being said you do have to maintain a registered agent in New Mexico for that company, which is a small fee of $99 if you use our service.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
