I am looking to move from California to Nevada. However, after doing some research, it looks like I may want to incorporate in Wyoming. What are your thoughts?

It’s hard to answer this question without knowing more details about your business. In most cases, when you do work from home you need to register your business in the state of your residence, even if your bsuiness is online. Since you plan on moving to Nevada you might want to register in Nevada to begin with, despite the relative attractivness of Wyoming.
Maybe you should consider moving to Wyoming – I heard it’s stunningly beautiful 🙂
