Are there any reasons why US customers would be reluctant to do business with a Delaware LLC and/or order at eCommerces registered in Delaware?
Is it due to confusion about sales and service taxes?
Dear Ken,
I see no reason why anyone would have a problem doing business with a Delaware LLC. Many businesses, especially Internet and eCommerce, are registered in Delaware.
Since Delaware has no sales tax it means you don’t need to collect any taxes from your Delaware buyers. It does not affect buyers in other states at all (meaning you don’t need to collect sales tax from buyers not located in those states where your company has nexus).
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
