I am a Canadian considering incorporation of a C-corp or LLC for an internet-based online sales business in one of the incorporation-friendly states such as Wyoming. As I live near the Canada-US border, I am wondering whether I can open a US bank account for my corporation in Seattle for a Wyoming incorporated business? Or does the bank account have to be in the same state of incorporation? I do not have any physical location in the USA.

You can open a bank account for your company in any jurisdiction, regardless of where your company is registered.
In the US most banks would require you to supply them with a letter signed by your company attorney or a CPA stating that the company does not do business in the state where you are opening this account. Typically they would supply you with a sample of such letter, or you can look it up online.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
