Trying to place order for change of business name in District of Columbia but your choices of name suffix do not include “PLLC” – my firm is not a coporation or company. What is solution to make sure it is correct if I place order?

We invite you to go to our Company Name Amendment page, click on the start button and in the first drop down menu select “Other.” You will then be able to specify that your business is a PLLC on the following Company Information page.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
