How do I file to do business in Maine if my LLC was formed in Michigan
John
As a former Michigander, I am happy to answer this for you.
To have your LLC conduct business in Maine, you would have to file what is commonly called a Foreign Entity. You would do this by submitting a Certificate of Good Standing from Michigan, along with the necessary paperwork and filing fees to the Secretary of State office in Maine. (Maine charges $250 to file a foreign entity from Michigan).
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
