I want to do business out of Georgia

I have a cleaning company LLC in Georgia, now they are offering me business out of Georgia – how can I make it legal?

Dear George,

Depending on the extent of your business activity in a state other than Georgia you might be required to register your GA LLC in that state.

The process is called “Foreign Qualification“, in other words whenever your business activity qualifies as “doing business” in a given state you need to register your business in that state as a Foreign Entity.
