If I open a DBA in my parents home and use a room in their house can someone try to go after the house even though I do not own the house but my business office is in the house. I live in Yonkers, NY

Technically, if you run your business as a sole proprietor then you would be liable for this business with your personal assets. If the house does not belong to you then, logically, it is beyond reach.
With that being said, since this question is legal in nature I would strongly recommend you to consult a NY-licensed attorney, since what seems logical does not always mean that the law sees it the same way.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
