Hi. Can the owner of an LLC apply for SSN once he gets his business established in US and does the owner have to be the employee in the company. Thanks
Marco,
SSN is assigned to U.S. persons with specific legal status in the U.S. Citizens, permanent residents, and some non-immigrant visa holders are entitled to Social Security benefits and can apply and receive SSN.
Having a business could in theory help you receive a legal status that would permit you to obtain SSN, however the intricacies of immigration laws and regulations are beyond the scope of our website. I would recommend you to seek advice of an immigration attorney on all immigration related questions.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
