I’ve got rental properties in TX and IN and would like to set up a main LLC in one of these two states and register the other state. Now I’m trying to find out if one state is better than the other in terms of yearly maintenance fees and taxes. Thank you so much for your help in advance.
Sean,
If you have rental properties in both Texas and Indiana you should form LLCs in both of those states, and preferably for each property have it’s own LLC. This is how you structure your business in order to ensure each property is separate from the rest liability-wise.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
