By itself LLC is not taxed, but any LLC profit is reported on personal tax returns of LLC owners. If your LLC is non-operational you might still be required to file a tax return, so I recommend you to consult your CPA for more personalized advise.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
