I have an LLC in Oregon and want to purchase and sell real estate in Missouri. Do I have to register my foreign LLC in Missouri? The term “transacting business” is mentioned, however is real estate buying/selling considered transacting business? Thanks!

Also, keep in mind, it’s always a good idea to keep each property in it’s own LLC.
