If I have an existing s corp with another owner and I want to start a new business as a dba under this corp does my partner get ownership of new dba?
John,
Since the DBA would be owned by the S-Corp, technically I would think by default this would make the DBA owned by the other owners as well.
There may be a provision that could be included in the company’s bylaws where you could separate the profits (but not liabilities) of the business run under a DBA from the other owners. In this case it would be the best idea to discuss this matter with a licensed business attorney.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
