Because you will likely not be selling anything (other than your own services) in a personal training business, you probably don’t need a Sales Tax Vendor ID, which is the service that our company currently offers. But I do encourage you to call the Ohio Department of Taxation to find out more about getting a State Tax ID.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
