My business is tutoring students. It is on a cash basis, and I am the only employee. Do I need an LLC?
Wanda,
No, you do not need an LLC to continue conducting your business. There are some advantages to having an LLC, one of the main being the fact that having an LLC separates your personal assets from your business. But in your case since you are personally tutoring the students and is the only member and employee of the business having an LLC might prove of little benefit.

(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
