I have a UK company that I’m going to expand into the US by incorporating in Wyoming.
The Wyoming LLC will be a subsidiary of my UK business.
I will be making use of one of the US Business Address providers such as MailBoxForwarding as I have an online business and don’t need a physical commercial presence in the USA and will be running the business mostly from my desk in the UK with occasional trips to the US when needed.
When completing the LLC incorporation process should I use the address of MailBoxForwarding or my UK business’s address or would the address be that of the registration agent that your service will assign to my application?
Dear Kev,
If you will sign up with MailBoxForwarding.com the best suggestion I have is to use their address both as physical and mailing address of your business (their address is not a P.O. box, so it would work just fine as the physical address of the WY company).
Keep in mind that if you want us to mail the package to UK then on Step 2 you need to specify your UK address, and use MailBoxForwarding.com address on Step 3 as business address.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
