As this is a question we are asked quite often (understandably so), I would like to invite you to an answer to this question posted by my colleague Mary titled ‘EIN or ITIN for a Canadian doing business in the U.S.‘. I believe you will find this helpful to answering your question.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
