When does a certificate of good standing expire?
Letha,
Technically, certificate of good standing does not expire – it is either valid or not for the specific jurisdiction you are submitting it to. Validity of certificate of good standing depends of course on the date of issue, so for example California Secretary of State would accept certificates that are less than 6 months old. Each jurisdiction has its own rules on time frames for validity of certificates of good standing.
