Does the ban on flavored tobacco include hookah/flavor tobacco or JUST flavored cigarettes in NYC?

While NYC does ban flavored tobacco, as well as flavored cigarettes (which is mandated by federal law), there are a few exceptions. Tobacco products that are flavored with menthol, mint, or wintergreen are not banned in NYC.
In addition, tobacco bars (such as Hookah bars) and tobacco wholesalers that sell to tobacco bars (or sell to purchasers outside of NYC) are not banned.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
