How do I find out if a company is in good standing?

It would depend on the state: some states have the option to see online if the business is in good standing or not, others require you to obtain Certificate of Good Standing (and if the company is not in good standing the state would reject the filing and would state the reason why it was rejected).
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
