Dear Visitor,
There would be no minimum investment requirement to register a business in Georgia or to obtain the federal tax id or any other required licenses/permits.
The bank may require a small deposit to open the company bank account once you have the company formed. Some banks may require $100 or so to open the business account, of course as each bank is different, it’s always a good idea to consult with a few in your area to find out the exact requirements, restrictions, etc.
