Is Certificate of Organization the same as Certificate of Good Standing in Missouri?

A Missouri Certificate of Organization is a document that is provided by the state when the LLC is filed, and together with filed Articles of Organization would constitute a formation documents package.

Certificate of Good Standing is a document supplied by the state at any given moment of time, specifying that on the date of issuing the company was in good standing with the Secretary of State office.
