Two other questions, if I may:
1. Can an S corp. be set up with only ONE stockholder?
2. Can an S corp. own an LLC?
Many Thanks…
Paul,
The answer to both of your questions is yes. You be the sole stockholder of an S-corporation and an S-corporation can be a member (owner) of an LLC.
(a) You made a typo in the card number, CCV code, expiration date, name or address;
(b) Your card balance is too low;
(c) Issuing bank has declined this transaction for some other reason related to your account.
