What is the best way to transfer a LLC from NC to AZ?

Arizona doesn’t support domestication for LLC, only for corporations (for-profit and non-profit), so your options include forming foreign entity of the North Carolina LLC in Arizona, or to dissolve the North Carolina LLC and form a new LLC in Arizona.
